You must provide accurate information.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use BlinkSeal to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Share illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service
• Upload malware or malicious files

We may suspend accounts violating these rules.

4. Data & Content

You retain ownership of the documents you upload.
BlinkSeal does not claim ownership of your content.
We process data only to provide the service.

5. Security & Availability

We implement reasonable security safeguards.
However, no system is 100% secure.

Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

6. Payments (Pro Plans)

Pro subscriptions:

• Are billed monthly
• Can be canceled anytime
• No refunds for partial months unless required by law

7. Limitation of Liability

BlinkSeal is provided “as is.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss beyond our control

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
You may cancel anytime.
