Trust, by design.

How BlinkSeal protects your documents
Secure Links
Links support expiration, download controls, view limits, passcodes, and IP allowlists (when enabled). Links can be revoked instantly.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and protected at rest using industry-standard storage security controls.
Least Access
Recipients only access the specific file shared and only under defined rules.
Access Proof & Logging
What we log
- Open events with timestamp, IP, and device/browser when available
- Download events when allowed
- Blocked attempts (expired, revoked, limits reached, IP blocked)
What we don't log
BlinkSeal does not read document contents for advertising, sell user data, or share access logs for marketing.
UTC Timestamps
Exports use UTC timestamps for audit integrity. Local time may appear in the UI for readability.
Watermarks & Document Previews
Control how recipients view your documents with optional watermarks and secure in-browser previews.
Watermarks
Optional watermarks discourage unauthorized sharing and may include session identifiers and timestamps.
Supported Previews
Optimized for secure in-browser PDF viewing. Other formats may require download or open-with flows.
Data Retention
Clear policies on how long your documents and access logs are stored — and when they are removed.
Data Retention
- Documents and link settings while accounts remain active or until deleted
- Access logs needed for Access Proof and exports (as defined in the Privacy Policy)
Links can be revoked at any time.
Acceptable Use
BlinkSeal is built for legitimate, lawful document sharing. The following uses are not permitted.
Acceptable Use
BlinkSeal may not be used to:
- Distribute malware
- Violate privacy laws
- Harass, impersonate, or unlawfully surveil
- Share content without proper rights
